If you have never lifted before and want to learn the basics without fear of injury, we alternately focus on education and reproduction of form and technique for various lifts.

In-network Insurance
A preferred provider for all Regence and Cigna plans
Regence and Cigna members receive convenient insurance billing for all physical therapy services.
Co-pays and deductible amounts will be collected at the time of service.
Out-of-network Insurance
All other plans are considered Out-of-network
For Out-of-network insurance plans, full payment at the private pay pricing is due at the end of each session.
In order to receive reimbursement by your insurance company, you will need to be submit a claim online with your insurer.
Upon request, I will conveniently provide you with all the codes and receipts necessary for reimbursement.
I am currently in the process of becoming a preferred provider with several more insurance companies,
